How long does the thermostat keep my settings once the power has been shut off?

The settings remain indefinitely however, the clock will be reset after 2 to 4 hours.

In the event of a power failure, an internal circuit will maintain the programming and time. However, the time must be reset if the power failure exceeds two hours.
