How to check my daily usage through the MyHeating app?

Short format instructions for Checking your Daily Usage
- First, select Daily Usage
- Press ‘Select Rooms’ to see the energy usage for each room
- The next screen shows all of the rooms listed that you are able to view
- View the energy usage by day, week, month, and year
- There are a maximum three rooms that can be selected to view the graph at a time
- Compare the energy usage between rooms, and see how many kilowatts per hour you are saving and your total amount saved
Full Instructions for Checking your Daily Usage
Launch the MyHeating app on your smartphone or mobile device. Ensure that your profile and thermostat are registered within the app. If not, follow the app’s registration process to link your thermostat to your user account.
Once logged in, navigate to the main screen of the app. Look for the ‘Daily Usage’ option and select it. This feature allows you to access and monitor the energy usage of your heating system.
In the ‘Daily Usage’ screen, you will find the option labeled ‘Select Rooms.’ Tap on this option to view the energy usage for each individual room in your home.
The next screen will display a list of rooms that you are able to view in terms of energy usage. This list may include bedrooms, living areas, or any other rooms you have designated within the app.
To view the energy usage for a specific room, select it from the list. You can choose up to three rooms at a time to view the energy usage graphs simultaneously.
Once you have selected the room(s) you want to monitor, you can now explore the energy usage data in different time intervals. Use the options provided, such as ‘Day,’ ‘Week,’ ‘Month,’ or ‘Year,’ to switch between different timeframes and observe the corresponding energy consumption.
Take advantage of the comparison feature available in the MyHeating app. By selecting multiple rooms, you can compare the energy usage between them directly on the screen. This allows you to identify any disparities in energy consumption and make informed decisions regarding your heating usage.
