How do I reset my Terra Smart WiFi Thermostat?

  • The first option is to hold “X” for 4 seconds to restore the heating operation.
  • The second option is to remove the face, wait 15 seconds, and put the face back on to perform a power cycle. A power cycle is a good option if your thermostat screen has gone blank or if you cannot clear an error message.
