- Use the arrows to move to the Factory Reset icon.
- Press accept.

To perform a Factory Reset on your Terra Smart WiFi Thermostat, please follow these step-by-step instructions.
First, press the “accept” button (the check mark icon) on your thermostat. Next, locate the check mark icon on your thermostat and press it. Use the arrows on the thermostat to navigate to the Settings icon. It is represented by a gear symbol.
Once you have selected the Settings icon with your finger, select the “accept” button again. Now, using the arrows, navigate to the Factory Reset icon. This icon is represented by a red circle with a circular arrow symbol inside indicating a reset.
