Why wont my 6iE connect to internet?

If you are experiencing connectivity issues with the 6iE, first check your network type. If you have access to a 5GHz option as well as a 2.4GHz, you should be connecting to the 2.4GHz option. Your phone must be connected to this network for setup.
If you are stuck on the connection screen, Warmup recommends backing out and attempting for a second time. If you continue to experience issues, contact us.
