The Triangle “!” Icon & Heating Limits

The Triangle “!” Icon on your 7iE Thermostat means that there was a limit temperature set and that the limit was reached.

Different flooring types have different heating limits, typically in the range of 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. Always check with the flooring manufacturer to ensure that your flooring can withstand higher temperatures than what is recommended by Warmup before overriding the default limit settings.

How to Clear the Limit Warning

To clear the Triangle Exclamation Mark Icon on your Warmup 7iE Smart Thermostat, start by pressing the 3 bars at the bottom of the screen to access the menu. Next, press “Settings” and then “Advanced Settings.” Then, press “Sensors & Application” and then “Floor Thermostat with Air Limit.”

A menu will appear with two options: Control and Limit. Scroll to set the Control setting to “Floor” and the Limit setting to “None.” Then, press “Accept” to save the settings.

Press “Back” to return to the home screen. The icon will no longer appear on the thermostat screen.
