How to Change the Temperature Format on your 7iE Thermostat


If you want to change the temperature format on your 7iE Thermostat, you can do so through the Heating Preference Settings menu.

Written Instructions

By default, your Warmup 7iE Smart Thermostat will display degrees in Fahrenheit. This is not set during the Initial Setup process, so if you wish to change your thermostat to Celsius, you must do so after the initial setup through the settings menu.

To change the temperature format on your thermostat, start by pressing the 3 bars at the bottom of the screen to access the menu. Next, press “Settings” and then “Heating Preference.”

In the Heating Preference Menu, press the “Temperature Unit” option. A pop up will appear with a scrollbar to select the desired temperature format. Choose °F for the temperature to display in Fahrenheit or choose °C for the temperature to display in Celsius. Once you have selected the unit you would like your thermostat to display, press “Accept” to save the setting.

Press “Back” to return to the home screen.
