How to Fix the ER2 Error on a 7iE Thermostat
An ER2 Error message indicates that the floor probe attached to your 7iE Thermostat was wired into the wrong ports on the back of the thermostat.

To resolve the ER2 Error message on your Warmup 7iE Smart Thermostat, start by pressing the 3 bars at the bottom of the screen to access the menu. Next, press “Settings,” “Advanced Settings,” and then “Sensors & Application.”
Then, press the switch next to the “Swap Probe Usage” setting. Press the “Back” button to return to the home screen.
When you return to the home screen, you should see that the ER2 message on the screen has been replaced with the temperature. If the error persists after changing this setting, contact Warmup to troubleshoot further.
