Heat loss in the subfloor or the space below causes floors to heat up more slowly. A slower heating time takes longer to reach the target temperature. This is due to your heating system being installed over a concrete slab or an unheated space without insulation boards. Fortunately, Warmup insulation boards create a thermal break between your subfloor and heating system.
