Why is my thermostat stuck on the Warmup screen?

If your thermostat is stuck on the Warmup screen you want to confirm the wiring.

Typically if the thermostat will not go past the Warmup starter screen, the heating system is not properly wired to the thermostat. As a result, you need to reassess the connection between the heating system installed and your thermostat. Then, test the thermostat again.

Contact your electrician to check for correct wiring of the system. Make sure to follow guidelines from the installation manual.
