How to Remove the Faceplate from your EZPT Thermostat

The faceplate of your EZPT Thermostat can be removed from the power module by removing the screw at the bottom of the thermostat with a screwdriver and then lifting the faceplate up and out from the bottom.

Video Instructions

The video below will show you how to remove the faceplate from your EZPT Thermostat:

Written Instructions

To remove the faceplate, you will need a Phillips-head screwdriver.

On the bottom of the thermostat, there is a small screw securing the thermostat faceplate to the power module. Remove the screw and put it to the side. Then, from the bottom of the thermostat, lift the faceplate up and out (towards yourself) to remove it.

To put the faceplate back on, do the above steps in reverse. Hook the top of the thermostat faceplate onto the power module and press down gently to click the faceplate in place. Then, insert the screw back into the bottom of the thermostat and tighten with a screwdriver.
