What is the purpose of the Heating Limit function on my thermostat?
The purpose of the Heating Limit on your thermostat is to prevent your underfloor heating system from exceeding a set temperature. This is primarily used to protect flooring finishes that have lower temperature limits.
Always check with the flooring manufacturer for the recommended heating limits for your floor before increasing the heating limit. The default heating limit is 86°F.
