Written Instructions

What does the Child Lock setting do?

When the Child Lock setting is turned on, it locks all of the buttons on the thermostat. If you press on the screen, it will be unresponsive, preventing any settings from being changed.

How do I use the Child Lock setting?

To turn on the Child Lock setting, press “Edit,” then “User Settings,” then “Child Lock.”

On the screen, toggle the slider from “off” to “on” and press the check mark button to confirm the setting.

You will be routed directly back to the main screen. A lock icon will appear in the top right of the screen – next to the day and time – indicating that the screen is currently locked.

To turn off the Child Lock setting, press and hold the up arrow for 3 seconds. The lock icon will blink and then disappear, indicating that the mode has been turned off. You can, then, continue to use your thermostat like normal.
