How do I perform a factory reset on the WSM ?

There have been 2 versions of the WSM. Please see below for how to reset each version.

For the first version of the WSM (before 01/01/2020) you can’t reset but you can re-install it without a reset.

For the second version of the WSM (after 01/01/2020) you need to unplug and replug the box, then hit the WiFi switch 5 times. When this is done correctly you should hear multiple clicks coming from the WSM
