What is the minimum clearance for heating cable(s)?

The minimum clearance is 2 inches all around per our manual, with the exception of the wax ring and fixing bands.

The wax ring should have a minimum distance of  6 inches and the fixing band (metal version) should have a minimum distance of 3 inches as instructed in our manual.
