How do I reset error codes on the Terra?
If you receive an error code on your Terra thermostat, here are steps you can take.
- We include error codes to alert the user of the issue present in the system. Refer to the installation instructions for error code descriptions and steps to resolve the errors. We recommend a qualified installer or electrician if the error requires the Terra to be removed from the wall for servicing.
