We love our Warmup floor!  We had it for two years and it was wonderful, turning our formerly cold unwelcoming bathroom into a warm spa-like space.  A recent storm and series of power surges damaged the thermostat and it stopped working.  We called and received immediate service from Brian.  He was very helpful, rapidly determined our problem and sent us a new thermostat.  He talked us through installing the thermostat and we are again happy to have our heated floor.  Kudos to you for a fine product and excellent customer service.

Good Morning.  I spoke with Angie, your Customer Service lady and she was great!  I have had several bathrooms installed with a heated floor and my installer always likes to put in two sensors in case one fails.  All the mats come with one sensor.  I did a Google search and came up with your website and called Customer Service.  I explained my dilemma and gave Angie the information about where I bought the mat (Floor and Decor in Arvada, CO).  She didn't have to do this, but was wonderful and sent out an extra sensor.  I then went to the manager of Floor and Decor and told her about what you did for me.  Hopefully you'll get them as a new customer.

Brian, Thank you very much for all of the support and feedback that you have provided me before and after the sale of my loose wire heater. I bought this product after much consideration on how I was going to heat the room for my new baby that was coming soon. I finally decided on radiant heat as it would be great on your feet as well as when the baby is playing on the floor. I installed it per manufacturers recommendation and even had a few questions about if I was installing it correctly. You answered them to the fullest and even looked at the photos I sent you to confirm that everything looked good. I was installing an engineered wood floor on top so there was no room for error. As soon as it was installed and ready to turn on, I did it. WOW!! What a difference it made and even better not only did it heat the floor. It heated up the whole room!! I don`t have to worry about that room this coming winter. This was a great idea both for my baby and my wallet. Thanks so much for everything that you do.

When remodeling our bathroom we decided not to expand the foot print/size. By removing the radiator and installing the Warmup underfloor heating system we gained valuable space and added a sought after design element for very little cost. Our contractor liked the ease of installation and we love our warm tile floor.

I just wanted to let you know how much I love your product.  I had your product installed in my kitchen floor when I remodelled in 2007.  Porcelaine tiles are beautiful and very durable, but in the winter they are freezing to walk on.  I didn't want to cover up my beautiful floor with rugs so I could walk on it comfortably in the winter.  Now I don't have to and I can enjoy my beautiful tile floor.  I live in Southern California and I can't imagine how people with really cold winters survive without floor heating.  You have a wonderful product and great staff.

I just wanted you to know the kit ordered from you at the end of December is fully installed and operating beautifully.   It was hard to wait for the floor thinset to cure, but wait we did.  It is great!     

I have had my Warmup floor for over a year now and I want to tell you how happy my family and I are with your product. It was fairly easy to install and was a great finishing touch on an addition that started out as a screened in porch and became a four season escape room. It is a 12X20 room filled with windows, complimented with French doors and finished off by a plasma TV.

I have the Warmup thermostat programmed to keep the tile floor warm when needed and the cost is very reasonable, (I estimate less than $1.00 a day).  It is fantastic to be able to use this room year round and is especially great to be able to watch the big snowstorm, enjoy the Sunday morning paper and just plain relax.  It`s the room most used in the house and a welcome sight at the end of a long day.

It’s easy to operate and trouble free. I installed the floor wiring myself and had an electrician finish the hook up. I would highly recommend the warmup system to anyone doing remodeling, new construction or that addition you always wanted.

We just bought our house and I knew we had to do the bathroom.  I also knew that I wanted radiant heat - because I hate cold feet.  So I started shopping around and discovered Warmup among other better known competitors - what a find!  I checked the website, found all the info I needed, called their helpline and got great professional advise.  I was surprised how affordable it was!  I didn't think you could get such a luxury item for only a few hundred dollars.

More importantly, customer service was extremely good.  They assisted with the proper design, ordering and installation advice.  I would definitely recommend Warmup for tiled areas in cold climates.

Thank you all for a brilliant UFH system and such an efficient service. My husband first installed the Warm up UFH in the kitchen, he was surprised how quick and easy it was to install, so much so, when we made plans to do the conservatory, he suggested I had a go myself.I have never had that much confidence to undertake some DIY jobs, but there I was laying our UFH. It was actually surprisingly simple and I was amazed that I could do it.I may well have turned into a DIY bore as everyone gets to hear about it when they visit, I am so proud. The kids love it they actually take their slippers off before they walk over it so they can feel the warmth and the cat thinks he has won the lottery lying on the heated floor! Dear Warmup Co., I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how very much I LOVE my floor. I recently rebuilt my master bathroom and the most important item was the heated floor. The prior bathroom was always cold and the floor freezing. I hated it. Now, I can`t leave my bathroom. It was the best addition possible. It is warm and toasty and WONDERFUL! The only problem is that I can`t get my 10 year old out of there and off the floor in the morning. He loves it as much as I do.Thank you for a great product.

Dear Jim: Mr. Frank Leaf installed the laminate flooring, and I cannot more highly recommend him as an installer over this radiant system. Although I had relayed your thoughts that the system was robust enough to walk on with athletic shoes, he laid down luan sheets and carefully negotiated his way across the room. My electrician was impressed with the ease of hooking up the wires and main line to the thermostat. Of course, I was the actual installer of the sheets and wires, as far as laying them out and routing the wires to the junction box- relatively easy work, even for a guy with several disabilities. I look forward to the winter ( I don`t believe I wrote that!), knowing that my family room will be so much more pleasant in any weather. Jim Ray
