I can’t add a new WSM in the app
WSM-252W Smart WiFi Panel
Multiple factors can make the installation to fail. First, the WSM is not compatible with WiFi 5ghz. Please make sure to enter a 2.4ghz WiFi network into the app when installing the WSM. Another factor can be that the WSM is not in range with your WiFi.
