We are confident in offering a long-term and transferable 30-year warranty on our Loose Wire, Cabon and Mattings systems, so you can have a greater piece of mind. Plus, our In slab heater carries a 10-year warranty and the Foil heater comes with a 5-year warranty.

Even though Warmup's installation methods are straight forward accidents do happen. For such instances we have in place a unique Safety Net installation guarantee where-by if you have followed all of the recommended installation procedures in the installation manual but unintentionally cut or damage your new heater before tiling you can return the heater to Warmup if it's within 30 days of the original dated sales receipt and we will replace any pre-tiled heater (maximum 1 heater) with another heater of the same make and model free!
