Radiant Heat

Radiant Heat is a safe and gentle heat that rises from the floor, transferring warmth directly to the body. It is considered the most comfortable form of heat.
The typical home heating system relies upon convection (radiators) whereby air is heated via hot radiators, rises to the ceiling and then circulates around a room.
Radiant Underfloor heating offers you the same comfort levels as convection systems while operating at 4-5ºF / 2-3ºC lower, because the larger heating surface means underfloor heating does not need to emit as much heat per square foot as a radiator, saving on fuel consumption and hence running costs.
