Simple to install, the made-to-measure panels are only 1mm thick so they won’t raise floor levels. They can be taped and secured to either a concrete or wooden subfloor in a matter of hours, with no mess or drying times involved. A qualified electrician is needed, however, to wire the panels to the thermostat.

The technologically advanced heaters are energy efficient and provide a safe, even distribution of heat. There is no warping or overheating due to the positive temperature coefficient which self regulates the system, meaning the warmer the element gets, the lower the energy draw (maximum heating capacity is 80ºF/26.5ºC). It has been tested extensively and is C-UL listed, giving peace of mind. The self-regulating panels are available in 12 and 36 inch widths in both 120 and 240V.

The heaters are controlled by an Energy Star rated programmable thermostat which is sold separately. Readings from the underfloor probe sensor ensure the precise temperature setting for the floor. Each thermostat allows up to 4 timer settings for each day of the week and includes an energy consumption monitoring feature.
