Warmup introduces a new process to safely install electric underfloor heating under hardwood floors!
 
By using 1” to 2” wood strips, or “sleepers” nailed into the subfloor in parallel, 12” to 20” apart, Warmup’s flexible Loose Wire Heater or Matting System can be installed evenly in between the sleepers.  The heat-regulating probe is placed between the wires before applying a layer of leveling compound over the heating wire up to the level of the sleeper boards.  Once cured, the hardwood flooring is installed by nailing the flooring into the wood sleepers only, keeping the radiant heat wire safe and secure.
